Homage

A watch that borrows design language from a famous reference — case shape, dial layout, colourway — while being an entirely distinct, legally sold product built on its own movement and case, typically without any counterfeit branding. This is the vocabulary that governs NWBIF's separate Mods & Homages pillar, which is a different, fully legal category from the rep-culture terms above.
